Our prime locations mean that you are where the action is. Your apartment will offer easy access to everything a vibrant city has to offer, shops, bars, cafés, and public transport. Parking is also available in most locations.

Safety is a key priority at Cityus so all our apartments are located in safe central locations, or family friendly residential areas. All buildings are secured with a permanently locked outer door.

I’ve submitted my request, what happens now?
First we’ll confirm your booking and, if needed to comply with local laws, we will send a lease contract with rental notification for you to sign. Once payment is made, you will receive your check-in information.
Rent, furniture and kitchen equipment, charges (hot water, heating, and building services) and parking (if mentioned in the apartment description).
Utilities (electricity, gas), TV & internet subscriptions, insurance, damage waiver up to CHF120, initial supply of linen and our admin fee.
Final clean fee. We ask you to leave the apartment as you found it but we automatically send in our cleaning team to do a deep clean. This one-off charge will be included in your first invoice.
Any extras that you require such as airport transfer, pet fees, weekly cleaning and additional furniture items will be charged at an additional cost.
We will confirm your booking online. A lease contract with rental notification may need to be signed to comply with local laws. Once first rent, final cleaning fee and deposit (if required) are paid, you will receive your check-in information. Payment can be made online or by bank transfer, within 48 hours of your booking. You will not be entitled to check-in until we have received the initial one month’s rental and the deposit (if required).
Civil liability insurance. This is included on request, and covers incidental damage to people or property. Additional pet cover can be purchased. There is an excess to pay in the case of damage of CHF500.
Before arrival: You can cancel 30 days or more before arrival. Otherwise, a minimum of one month’s rent is due.
During your stay: You can cancel with 30 days written notice for the end of the month.
Long term bookings: If you secured a discounted rate (more than 3 months) any early departure will incur additional fees based on your actual stay.
Note: The first month’s service fee is non-refundable.
Yes, subject to availability and subject to 30 days prior notice for the end of the month (15 days for studios). If you do not request an extension within this time frame, we cannot guarantee that your apartment will not have been re-let.
Parking is available at most apartments and included in the price. Search for apartments with parking if this is essential for you. For a few apartments it is an optional extra. Where not available we can also assist with local parking solutions so don’t hesitate to ask.
We welcome pets at most of our locations. A pet fee of 150CHF per month will be applied. Size limits and breed restrictions may also apply depending on the size of the apartment.
Yes, you can register with the local authority at all of our apartments.
Check-in is after 3:00pm.
Check-out is before 10:00 am on the day of departure.
We always strive to offer you a personalized check-in so we can welcome you and show you how the apartment works.
There is an inventory list in every apartment description. All apartments are fully furnished with a smart TV, high speed personal WIFI, bed sheets and bathroom towels. A safe is available at selected properties.
Microwave and oven (sometimes combined).
Induction or ceramic stove.
Fridge and freezer.
Dishwasher (except in some studios).
Toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
Washing machine and dryer (mostly in apartment but occasionally a laundry facility in the building). This is also indicated in the apartment description.
Safe (in most buildings).
We are happy to supply a baby cot with linen and a highchair on request. Fees apply of CHF150 per item.
We will require your ID. If you are a direct client and it is a rental of three months or over and you are paying by instalments, we also require proof of your salary and a declaration that you do not have any debts.
Weekly cleaning and change of linen are not included. Please contact us if you would like weekly cleaning and we can arrange this.
